Return Policy

At Cloé Montréal, we strive to keep every customer satisfied. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return your item. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how the process works.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs, including any international fees, are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some is not allowed.


Return Process

  1. Register your return via info@cloemontrealboutique.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any customs fees or international shipping charges.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method to avoid lost packages.


Refunds

After the item arrives at the supplier’s return location and is approved upon inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If a wrong delivery address is entered during checkout, this is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any mistakes in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
